I had a wonderful stay at this resort, enjoying the beautiful beach and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms were stylishly decorated and provided all the comforts I needed. However, the dining options didn't fully meet my expectations, and the pool service could have been better. Our stay at the Four Seasons Resort Maui was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, especially from Vincent and Rowena at the cabanas who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. While the amenities and activities were plentiful and entertaining, I was a bit surprised that we didn't receive an upgrade we were looking forward to. Overall, this resort is a fantastic spot for families looking to create lasting memories, but I believe there's room for improvement in ensuring every request is met.

While the property is beautiful and the staff were attentive, it was definitely more family-oriented than I expected, with kids everywhere, which made it hard to find peaceful spots like the Serenity Pool.
