From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, especially from Vincent and Rowena at the cabanas who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. While the amenities and activities were plentiful and entertaining, I was a bit surprised that we didn't receive an upgrade we were looking forward to. Overall, this resort is a fantastic spot for families looking to create lasting memories, but I believe there's room for improvement in ensuring every request is met.
